You don't treat mental illness by mutilating a body.
We have to find a chemical cure that can suppress the feelings of gender dysphoria. Letting people walk around looking like freak shows and telling them they look great is medically irresponsible.

Or you take a more level headed approach and you don’t drug people into oblivion. You tell them it’s common. Get them some counseling and watch 99.9% grow out of it.
