He wrote that one long before he was in DBT.

Right, and he played it for Patterson when they first met and knocked him over. DBT did it though on that album of songs that didn’t make their other albums. They followed it up with Uncle Frank about the guy who hangs himself when the government takes his land for the TVA and it ruled

Yep, “The Fine Print”.

Another album we haven’t talked about is “Alabama arse Whoopin”

One of the greatest live punk rock albums.

That version of Steve McQueen was incredible.

I really loved The Getaway back when I was eight
That pussy Alex Baldwin sucked in the remake
And speaking of pussy I guess Steve got it all
He fricked Faye Dunaway and he fricked Ali McGraw!

Oh, I thought y’all were talking about an Alabama punk band.

I’ll check out that album though.

The Woodlands canceled the show. I know someone that works there. Dude gave them like 3 days to come up with a plan to check everyone's vaccine status or negative test. Plus all fans who bought tickets, but maybe weren't vaccinated learned they possibly couldn't attend a show they paid for and planned out. But he's blaming the venue saying they didn't even try. As if it's easy to staff up for the additional workload when unskilled labor is already short.

he will sell out 99% of his shows no matter what the restriction. also this is about to happen with alot of artist that play smaller indoor venues.

His Fort Worth show tomorrow was moved from an OUTDOOR venue to an INDOOR venue. The outdoor venue wouldn't accommodate his vaccine/test requirement so he moved it to an indoor location, for safety.

Surely there will be no cases linked to the vaxed/tested individuals milling about Billy Bob's, the world's largest honky tonk.

Looks like Mississippi canceled Jason. Probably a couple of dozen folks having to scramble to make new plans.

Jason Isbell cancels Brandon show; venue ‘not willing to comply’ with vaccine requirement

“Unfortunately, the powers that be were not willing to comply with the band’s updated Health and Safety standards,” a statement from Southeastern Records reads
