They don’t “own America.” If a company buys and develops a property into something that creates American jobs and that they pay taxes on, it’s their property.
Besides, the only companies you should be worried about owning anything in the US are Chinese companies. Chinese companies are (at least in part) owned by the CCP. Very fascist model they’ve got going on.

Yes. I got a 2007 Corolla with 103000 miles. No leaks or issues. I see many others of that generation still on the road some with twice the milage.
