No, I'm thinking it's his money and giving in to the janitor union is a huge sign of weakness that the other retard brigades will leverage.
THIS is the point.
If you start here, it'll never end.

Have people been sexually harassing the janitors?

IT'S frickING POCKET CHANGE TO ELON MUSK
i don't know how much the janitors make (granted it's the bay area) but they're probably not asking to break the bank
So, if we use that logic and he gives in to the janitors, what's to stop the cafeteria workers from doing it, customer support people, secretaries/admins, marketing group, engineers...
It goes back to the $15/hr for minimum wage argument. If you bump that entry level fry cook from $7.50 to $15, how much do you think you'll have to bump the person that was make $12 to, or the supervisor already at $15? What about those that were a little above

Actually,,,, these janitors have been working from home because of the wuhu flu. They just felt it important to maintain their status

This. Somewhere along the line, motherfrickers forgot that going on strike is literally putting your job on the line for the sake of whatever you're striking for. Then wanna act wronged when their erstwhile employer calls their bluff
This ^^^ exactly.
There was a paper mill here in Tuscaloosa back in the 70's. Employees struck and the owner (Jack Warner, Gulf States Paper Company... later Westervelt) told them to get their asses back to work or he would close the plant.
They struck and he closed the plant. Moved the factory machinery, office equipment, everything to another mill he owned (that was not union). The employees kept walking the line outside the factory fence for a while, but when Alabama Power came and pulled the large transformers to use somewhere else they finally got the message that the plant was not reopening.
After many years the site became a Nucor steel mill.

“Our cleaning contractor at Twitter was told by Twitter that they are cutting the contract,” said Olga Miranda, union president for the janitors. “So we have about 48 families out of work. And it just so happens that it's three weeks before Christmas.”
I look at it this way. Twitter will rehire. There's 48 new families with a job right before Christmas.
Merry Christmas to them.

It’s hilarious that janitors have a union. They aren’t skilled labor and can be replaced by nearly anyone
Vacuuming and wiping things with a cloth is pretty tough.

Well, if you wont come to work, how are you supposed to get your notice?

I would post the "there are dozens of us" gif, but there's not even A dozen of them.

So you know, in the pantheon of political correctness, section B, paragraph 12, "referring to a specific December 25th holiday by its proper name is strictly prohibited in public settings except when attempting to elicit an emotional response, preferably pity or outrage, from the progressive throng."

Want to lose your job? Join a union.
Posted on 12/7/22 at 11:44 am to Major Dutch Schaefer
If you hire a company to do work and they are union they are not contracted to you. You simply have a business arrangement with the company... not their employees.

So if you fire someone who isn't working, does a bear shitting in the woods still make a sound?

They’d hate 1st Phorm. Andy doesn’t hire janitors. It is his culture that people clean up after themselves.

Why is the timing near a Christian holiday relevant? Is that one more important than any other religious holiday?
