Really makes you wonder if there is polling manipulation to try to add legitimacy to a candidate and demoralize the other side. But when it doesn’t work they “fix” the polling to make it look accurate in the end.

Holy shite, that's crazy that you reached for that instead of the obvious answer, that Talarico just disappeared for over a week.

He lost momentum at the worst possible time in a campaign.
It's a shame that in a state like Texas he had momentum to begin with.

No wondering about it. And if you notice, the manipulation always benefits one party.

I said previously that Taco would lose by similar margin that Beto usually would, He might lose by a bit more, I don't see Hispanics getting out to vote for a white fig as well as they would for a white fig pretending to be Hispanic.

Kalshi "odds" have nothing to do with the actual state of the race and everything to do with what degenerate gamblers think is happening.

The most likely reason for this is Talarico holders had their "stock" go up and are taking profits, as opposed to Paxton being in a better position to win than he was last week. Likely voters in Texas already knew Talarico was MIA for 12 days. Bettors outside Texas just noticed and decided to cash in now and beat the selling rush.

Did Talarico really capture the black and hispanic vote? It is all convoluted as independents didnt go for Cornyn.

The establishment neocon majority is gone or Cornyn would have won.The demo of Talarico voters are very left, think Fauci is a saint, want open borders and trans ruling.

Are these democrats really going to ruin Austin as they did in California? They left California for the same policies they still adhere? Insanity...

Haven’t you heard he is a “ moderate” and Paxton has run a terrible campaign. Doug Jones pulled the same bs in Alabama and Jon Ossoff did it in Georgia, however both candidates have voted with the liberals at the same percentage other Democrats do. Talerico has pinky promised to be different!!

Talarico's Campaign shot their wad with excessive media buys over the Summer when no one was paying attention, now they're blaming Paxton, and Conservative PAC's, for AI generated ads accurately depicting Talarico as a radical left wing nut. Now Talarico is floating fiction about his 2 week battle with the flu. shite flows down hill James, and your caught in the flash flood.

When you think about it, it is crazy that someone that is truly mentally insane like Talarico is has even a chance of winning this race. I still don’t see straight Black & Hispanic males voluntarily making their way to a polling place to push a lever for an effeminate, obviously closeted White soy boy from Austin.

How does the burnout pot heads in Austin affect this? What are the Marijuana laws in Texas? Ain't no one stopping potheads from smoking weed all day, right?

That's a hugely deceptive map as 18 out of 19 of those blue counties are heavily urbanized and make up about 60% of the total Texas electorate. And a few of them (Fort Bend, Brazoria, Denton, Collin, Rockwall and Hays) have nearly DOUBLED in population since Beto ran in 2018).

Ken Paxton is losing this upcoming election. You can only polish a turd so much, until you reach the rotten core.

Rockwall County is redder on that map.
