To put things into perspective… you got pulled over and arrested for a DUI but you do not drink so there is noway you were driving drunk but the judge threw the book at you anyways because he didn’t like you.. are you just going to put your tail between your legs and serve time for a crime you did not commit or are you going to hire an attorney to defend you and perhaps get the judge removed from his power for handing you a fake sentence?

If a court decides a killer is 'not guilty' - nothing else matters except perhaps his reputation - they cannot go back and retry him regardless of what TRUTH they discover about the crime.
I think the same applies to a pardon - I hope not - and especially if there were any "conspiracy" to grant an undeserved pardon, perhaps it could be voided,
But we'd need the thoughts of our lawyer class to actually make cogent commentary on the matter.
