You are mistaken, in large part.

Did you read the indictment?

I correct you all the time. For one thing, if you really came within a million miles of being a true conservative, you wouldn't be defending this douchebag 24/7.

Remember when it was announced that Jack Smith was being investigated by the DOJ? Your knee-jerk reaction was to post "Political Theatre."

Did you ever bother to read the indictment that he presented against Trump?

Nope - I am only responding to stuff presented in this thread and comparing it to what I have reason to be truth.

Methinks there is a lot of wordsmanship going on here to try covering up the Jack Smith bullshite.

That is literally not what he said

He said, "We wanted to make clear that this was not about, um, trying to interfere with anyone's first amendment rights" and "fraud is not protected by the first amendment"
and it is only fraud if it harms Democrats right?

It wasn't fraud for Stacey Abrahams to get massive grants after on multiple public stages declare Trump an illegitimate President and filing a lawsuit against the state of GA for election integrity (and being fined $300k for violations). That's not fraud.

To say GA was stolen by Democrats is fraud according to Jack "shite" Smith.

That is an incredibly stupid claim to make.

Has anyone on this forum asserted that Stacey Abrams (I have no idea who Stacey Abrahams might be) is not a fraudster?

What conceivable relevance do you see in this point, other than meaningless whataboutism?

I have always seen as utter nonsense the claims that Trump is some sort of Russian intelligence asset.

If someone made such claims with actual knowledge of their falsity (as opposed to opinion), yes, that person would likely be committing fraud.

How is that relevant to this thread?

You are mistaken, though your post WAS a pithy way of saying that you do not know what your are talking about and will likely garner upvotes from the equally-uninformed. "Developing facts" is common nomenclature in any sort of investigative field.
quote:

To "develop facts" means to systematically investigate, gather, organize, and build upon initial information to uncover deeper truths, details, and a comprehensive understanding, often moving from assumptions or simple observations to concrete evidence for planning, legal cases, or scientific inquiry. It's about transforming "messy" real-world information into solid, actionable data through questioning, analysis, and verification.
You are welcome.

You’d have to be a special kind of f*cking retard to not fully understand that the 2020 election was filled with MASSIVE F*CKING VOTER FRAUD in every swing state of the country.

How f*cking stupid would someone need to be to think that a dementia-riddled, lying, beyond-f*cking-corrupt, groping rapist got 81 million votes – many of which was in the middle of the night when every swing state just happened to stop counting and kicked out Republican poll watchers so that they could bring in millions of fraudulent ballots.

This only happened in states run by Democrats in the most heavy and corrupt democrat districts and precincts.

Seriously, you’d have to be SFP-level f*cking stupid and retarded to think that the 2020 election was anything but a complete f*cking fraud and sham.

You seem to have strong opinions on this point.

Biden was elected in 2020 for exactly the reason that Trump was elected in 2016 and 2024. Faced with two shitty options, the US electorate thought that the OTHER option was more shitty still.
