I read more on it. Basically when they raided his house 4 years ago they found he had 4 firearms (all legal) and some weed. So what they're doing is bringing him up on charges of "owning firearms while being a drug user." (Same charge Biden pardoned Hunter on).
As he said in the video, this is a classic case of what lawyers call "fruit of the poisonous tree" meaning if the investigation was not legit in the first place, one cannot be charged with what was found.

Reading between the lines on some of his tweets, it looks like he picked up other charges unrelated to J6.

And now you know. . . the rest of the story.

But you probably believe Jussie and NASCAR nooses.
Nope. Was clearly publicly laughing on here about Jussie's allegations.
I have been one of the larger historical proponents in calling out race hoaxes.

Does he possibly have another charge that he was convicted on and carried prison time that was separate from the J6 stuff?
The only thing that makes sense.

If a search warrant was executed based off of a crime for which he is now pardoned, does that make the “fruits” found in the execution of the search poisonous? My strong gut feeling is no, the evidence stands.

I read it. Dude sounds like a recreational user that gets it for his friends. I could be wrong.
He was also stupid for admitting it since the article said they found weed and test at his house, not cocaine.
Upon further research, your suspicions are correct.
Not exactly a "coke dealer"... but not real smart, either...

As detailed in the affidavit, the electronic evidence, including photographs and text message conversations, revealed that Costianes also conspired to traffic cocaine and testosterone by acquiring controlled substances from his suppliers to distribute to friends and associates. For example, in a text message conversation from October 30 to November 1, 2020, Costianes allegedly agreed to obtain four half-gram bags of cocaine from Costianes’s supplier on behalf of cellphone contact “S.C.” In addition, the data allegedly showed that Costianes was facilitating the distribution of testosterone from his testosterone supplier to a cellphone contact “D.M.” For example, in text messages between May 10 and May 15, 2020, Costianes allegedly arranged to buy three 10-ml bottles of testosterone from his supplier on behalf of D.M.

It's probably wise to suspend all illicit activities once you're aware that the federal government is looking to bury you under a jail.

he does not have an argument that he is quilt free
however he does have an argument of "fruit of the poisonous tree" and that the evidence used against him was probably found illegally.

A pardon isn't an admission of illegality on behalf of the state.

well dude, the gun possession while in possession of controlled substances is identical to the Hunter Biden charges. Marshells need to pick up hunter on their next trip to the trailer park.
Two guys with the same felony actions, both get presidential pardons and one continues to jail . Thats two separate systems of justice

Biden was pardoned for all the illegal shite he did for the last decade. The guy in the OP had a very narrow pardon which didn't include these crimes.
He would need a separate pardon or sentence commutation for the weapons and drug charges.

There is going to be a big deal made every time a person goes back to prison pardoned for J6.
Does anyone know how many people pardoned for J6 are back in jail? We had a Missouri woman sent to prison for 10 years for vehicular manslaughter.
On January 5th 2022 celebrating the anniversary of J6 she was driving drunk the wrong direction on the Interstate and killed a woman celebrating her wedding anniversary.

The local woman—who gained notoriety during the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol—is headed to prison. But this case isn’t related to that riot. Instead, her sentence is for a different crime.

Hunter Biden was specifically pardoned for that.
This guy was not specifically pardoned for her coke and guns. Only prosecutions relating to J6.

You'll get no argument from me. This applies to all the J6ers, too, including him.

What’s the full story? I don’t buy just the headline.
