There has to be more to this. If the judge orders him sent to prison with a pardon, if it's been presented to the court, then that should mean instant arrest for the judge. And why are US Marshals listening to the judge if the guy has a pardon?

I’m sure there’s plenty of lawyers who will take this pro bono just to get on tv. Seems a slam dunk.

Could be any number of lib judges

His pardon only applies to J6. Does he possibly have another charge that he was convicted on and carried prison time that was separate from the J6 stuff?

If this is true, Trump should order Marshalls to show up and arrest the judge. I guarantee you, he would go to prison crying like a little pussy.

Some of the people pardoned have still not been released.

I'd tell them to come get me. Then this judge needs to be impeached along with Emmit Sullivan, the judge who tried the same thing with General Flynn. En Banc hearing of 3 seperate judges told Sullivan to drop the case. He ignored them, then Trump dropped the pardon, and Sullivan still ignored the pardon for a few months before finally agreeing to drop the case.

they raided his house because of the J6 stuff.. and extra charges were added on to the J6 stuff based on whatever they found..
Not sure how that goes from a legal point of view.
Yes, his house should have never been raided, but that isn't what the pardon says.. the pardon just releases him from anything that happened then..

If this guy has to report to prison under a pardon, I wonder how that affects the blanket pardons Biden handed out on his way out of office.
Are they sure they want to set this precedent?
ETA: Just saw the post before emine about drugs and guns. Sorry, but I think possessing drugs and guns at the same time have some mandatory sentencing rules. If that's the case and he was convicted of those, go do your time.

Lefty Lawfare Operatives should probably file for an Injunction in Fed Crt for every J6 Pardon. Try to delay as much as possible their release. Try to find some other trumped-up charge to keep them.
This is War. I expect war-like resistance to Trump.
Trump's appropriate response should be All-Out Counter War.
Is this a Fight to the Death? In many ways, it really is. Either Trump's MAGA Movement can succeed OR the USA returns to the Years of Obama and Biden. Probably a solid majority of Republicans in Wash DC would prefer to return to Obama Town and watch MAGA Movement die.

I wouldn't characterize it quite like that, but yeah he had hobbies that the federal government say conflict with each other.

You’re probably right. I can’t even imagine a federal judge ignoring the law and making things up on the fly to maximize their punishment of Trump supporters. Never happen.
And the FBI is an upstanding law enforcement agency and would never lie to obtain an illegal FISA warrant to surveil Trump and his associates.

They frowned upon his recreational choices.

I read it. Dude sounds like a recreational user that gets it for his friends. I could be wrong.
He was also stupid for admitting it since the article said they found weed and test at his house, not cocaine.
