You're damn straight im anti free market by your definition. You're definition is exporting all of our industry and jobs and importing stem workers.

As as far as libertarians go, they are for open borders and alway have been.

I am a POPULIST.

But as far as Iran goes, if we dont win this we will never get out of the middle east and we will never get out from under Israel's thumb.

Destroying Iran once and for all is our ticket home.

Was it a war crime to firebomb Dresden or drop the bombs on Japan? Hell no.

Its time to destroy Iran. The American people like winners. They like victory. It will help the midterms.

If we lose, we lose the Whitehouse and congress.

And we cannot win with targeted strikes for months or years, while they lob missiles all over the place.

The Iranians say they dont want ceasefire.

Give them war.

I don't agree with OP that we should "level Iran", but how would shutting down a whopping 2% of the world's oil supply "knock the entire global economy back to the stone age"?

It's a place where any intervention in Ukraine is proof of a Deep State and globalist corruption but war on behalf of Israel is perfectly MAGA.

Made even more comical by the fact Russia/Iran have been helping each other while Ukraine has been helping our gulf allies with defense.

Uh 20% of the world’s oil goes thru there. And Iran would retaliate and obliterate the Gulf oil infrastructure (like the LNG plant in Qatar that supplies 1/5 of the worlds gas)

News flash: the world economy runs on fossil fuels and if you knock even a small % of it offline the whole thing will crumble. We’re talking rolling blackouts, food shortages, fuel rationing, travel restrictions etc.

Countries like New Zealand, Japan, etc are totally fu ked in this scenario.

If the dept of war is doing it right, every night there should be many dozens of air dropped pallets of small drones, ar-15, sniper rifles to Moussad identified locations for the populace to arm themselves. Stand off small drones would be perfect to destroy a gathering of irgc from 3-4 blocks away. Drop thousands of small radios rigged to sound like drones.

missiles are not going to do much good from here without hurting the general population

Pretty radical for a self proclaimed isolationist. How many of the 85,000,000 innocent Iranians going to feel? Oh, they will feel nothing as they are dead and all. Glad you aren't charge -hopefully you aren't in charge of anything.

Well, I didnt list residential neighborhoods in the target list.

And think you people have proved my point.

A targeted, measured strike on stategic assets means months of missles dismantling the Persian Gulf oil assets... so

There is you're economic crisis and Vietnam 2.0.

The only alternative is regime change or leave in defeat, and if the consensus is that all out war is out of the question, then we should declare victory and withdraw now.

understand your anger - but there are good people in Iran (Persia) who need to be given a chance

We (the USA) stepped up to the plate and now need to ignore 'world opinion' and do the right thing - declare martial law in Iran - anyone supporting the current regime (or resisting efforts to rid the country of it) need to be declared enemy of the future PERSIA - do whatever it takes.

WE stepped in just as we would have done had we seen a bunch of thugs molesting a baby girl.

Now that the THUGs are getting praise from our seditious democrats, weak-kneed republicans, headline seeking media, hungry for clicks 'influencers' - we just need to ignore them all and decide whether we should just let the thugs have their will with the baby girl or go ahead and finish them off - whatever it takes.

Just like with the thugs - we perhaps should give them a warning or two - but then just kill the bastards without an ounce of remorse (except for our disgust for those cheering for the thugs)

We made the decision to do the right thing - it would be worse than having done nothing if we just tossed the survivors back to the thugs and said - 'well, we tried' -

Eradicate the radical islamists - no quarter - no regret - this is what they 'prayed for' - let them take it up with THEIR god.

When you have freedom loving citizens that needed our help, they should just be casualties?

We need to absolutely destroy the Iranian military regime, arm the civilians, and then be done with it. Let them sort it out themselves.

Yeah...starting a civil war in a nation of 90 million people is a brilliant idea

We would leave things in much worse condition, crater the global economy and leave a power vacuum for all sorts of bad actors and opportunists to exploit.

I agree with you 100%. If the media wouldn't be hyping their nonsense, and time was not a factor, I believe the evil radicals could be rooted out of Iran. Sadly, we are not seeing people like the Saudi's, Kuwati's, etc., stepping up and getting involved. The Europeans have shown their arse by and large. I truly don't care to see our ground troops die over dirtbag radical Muslims. However, given the reality of the matter, unless the radical segment of their country is decimated it will repropagate and Iran will be an issue again within the next 5 to 10 years. LET THE BOMBS CONTINUE TO FALL
