No boycott. That implies I will watch eventually.

I'm done.

I disagree. I don’t see a difference.

Nah. I’m just not willing to let politics kill my love of sports.

To each his own.

That’s what many don’t realize. Everybody loves cancel culture when it fits their agenda, see this thread as a great example, or any of the other ones about the NFL.

It’s when it comes after something you like, that’s when people complain about it.

You can’t say you’re against cancel culture then try to get people to cancel viewing sports.

Unless you’re a hypocrite.

The two have nothing to do with each other. I am not harassing anybody at MLB or elsewhere to not watch it.

I cannot root for some shitass punk like Jack Flaherty lecturing me about what I don't understand about Marxist political organizations.

Agreed. And it’s utterly pointless. Why deprive yourself of something you love because you disagree with a political statement?

Unless you don’t believe in freedom of expression.

Cancel culture is so hypocritical.

So many other fulfilling ways to spend your leisure time other than sitting on your arse watching dumb multimillionaires that hate you play with a ball.

Improve your yard with gardening, spend quality time with your wife and/or kids, catch up with distant friends and relatives, make those home improvements you’ve been meaning to get around to, go fishing, spend time with your mom and dad, go boating, go rafting or canoeing, go hiking, etc

It’s time to stop passively supporting organizations and people that openly say and show how much they hate your guts and want to destroy everything you hold dear and believe.

LSU supports BLM. Who on this board is willing to quit watching LSU football? If you’re willing to hold yourself to certain principles, don’t just stop with professional sports.

No NFL. No MLB. No NBA.

Depending on how college sports deal with the silliness and anarchism, maybe...
