I was reminded twice this past weekend that I have to have a mask on to enter this one building and also I tried to buy a bottle of water where they required I have a mask on to order the water. I said no I’m not wearing a mask both times. I didn’t get my water either.

100% this. What makes it even more fascinating (?) is that the 2 sides of the discussion fall in with the 2 political parties. This is absolute proof that science is in the back seat!

Yeah, masks are a waste of time. Distancing is the only thing that has been proven to be helpful.

Just a few thoughts:
1. For young people, like her kids, this thing is no deadlier than the flu. So why is she freaking out and panicking over someone getting it?
2. If masks work, and her SIL was wearing one, why does it matter if others don't? I would wonder why he got it and the 300 coworkers that weren't wearing a mask didn't? But that thought never crossed her mind.
3. If vaccines work, and her SIL took it, why does it matter if others take it or not? Isn't he protected from the virus?
4. She's the exact reason why America and White people are going extinct.

I think masks symbolize the democratic party and liberals in general. Masks make them feel like they're doing something.
Doing something makes them feel better about themselves. Even if it doesn't work, they keep doing the same thing over and over again, because doing anything to them, is better than doing nothing. They really are sick people!

N95 masks definitely work. The cloth masks and surgical masks are next to useless.
Personally I rock my KN95 when I have to go to congregate with the "smelly Wal-Mart people."

I ran across a woman Saturday who was coming out of a coffee shop with a child in a stroller (kid couldn't have been more than 2 years old), who, in the most glowing tone you could imagine, was telling the poor child how proud she was of her with how well she was wearing her mask.

I guess I'm too busy living my own life to care or be concerned whether someone is wearing a mask or if they've gotten the vaxx or not. If people want to wear masks or get the shot (or not), it doesn't affect me in any way but, that's just me.
