That's why it has to be some kind of setup.

Yep, this is the first spot anyone would cover if they are designing the security for the event, so something is wrong. I mean <200 yards, elevated position? C’mon, this just sounds like a set up. Big time heads need to roll, and lie detector tests for agents that were probably paid off… I know it sounds like a conspiracy, but something smells…

Everything needs to be looked at, but as I stated earlier, I think the SS sniper wasn't sure who he was engaging. Was it an assassin, or someone from the security detail? I think that is most likely what gave them pause. Obviously the wrong decision.

That decision tree is cleared up long before those people show up to do their job. You don’t hesitate because you don’t consider, even for a split second, that you should. That guy should have been dead the millisecond he hit that roof. Realistically speaking, with that roof being THE ONE OBVIOUS POSITION FOR A SHOOTER WITHIN MILES, he should have been killed climbing the ladder.

You don’t hesitate because you KNOW you don’t have to, and don’t have time to.

So you're saying that a security team member part of security plan, all with mic'd communications, didn't know if someone was supposed to be on that roof? And, if they didn't know, he couldn't get any information to clarify that situation? Or, when people were telling police and SS, they weren't able to speak into their mics and alert everyone that there are reports of someone with a gun to go to code red?

Yea, I’m normally slow to take witness accounts as gospel but the narrative unrolling is…. A lot of question marks, if being generous in the verbiage

The detail team should be tried and convicted of dereliction of duty. IMO

Deep State not liking the security cameras, cell phone videos, social media postings etc that didn’t exist when they knocked off JFK. Not as easy to pull off anymore. Optics getting trickier for them.

The proxies will have to be less competent if you’re trying to give off the lone wolf vibe. Thus poorer results like yesterday will occur. Everyone has a digital paper trail. I imagine the scrubbing is off the charts.

Getting shot is "everything goes absolutely perfectly for Trump"?

That seems like an odd take.

This was as textbook a setup as ever.

He is going to have to figure out how to get people he trusts around him. If this wasn’t a setup (which I haven’t ruled out) it was a complete rookie level mistake that should get whoever was in charge of planning, fired.

What the idiot leftists don’t understand is the risk in exactly this happening. I believe the election was done the night of the debate, now he has survived an assassination attempt. He’s unbeatable now. Let the slightest bit of info come out that the shooter was in any way more than a lone gunman, and Trump might as well be installed now.

It’s a typical leftist take that is more upset the assassin missed than anything else.

Remember the WH ceremony for Amy Coney Barret to the USSC?

I'm as convinced now as I was then that it was an attempt to take Trump & his inner circle out via a planted release of the virus.

We knew then and more know now that the vaccine and boosters don't do jack, so the claims that it spread so severely yet was also so contained leads me to think it wasn't happenstance.

He was shot, someone died and others hurt. Your comment is deranged TDS and you should seek help. I’m being sincere, TDS has gotten so bad that people, apparently like yourself, cannot see anything other than Trumps political viability. Again, someone was killed at his rally, there is no way to reconcile that to a perfect evening for Trump.

Question how did he get on the roof? There was a ladder? Did he bring a ladder? Did he have keys to the building to access the roof from inside? Nobody seen someone with a rifle and a ladder heading into a two-story building? Lots of questions here.

The Bible says that man is appointed once to die, and then judgement. The Bible also says that our days are numbered in heaven, including yours. The Bible gives only ONE cause for death, and that is sin. Therefore, all sickness, crime and accidents are the result of sin entering into the world.

So in the case that you just mentioned, the gentleman who tragically lost his life, would have died anyways, because his day was called in heaven, again, the means is a moot point. If it was Trumps day, he would have died. It was not, thus he was protected.

In the same light, God has protected you many times with you being unaware, and when your day comes, there will be nothing you can do about it, likewise, me and my life.

This is why it is imperative that one knows Jesus Christ through repentance and faith, for we all do not know when our days will be up.
