It's pretty confusing, but I think that she is no longer married to the man who is suspected of being her brother, so the man that she was wishing a happy birthday, would no longer be her father in law. She has a different one now.

Well the law is specific about who is eligible for president. Says nothing about showing your taxes so you can take that nothing burger for what it's worth. FWIW, I and 90% of America had almost zero doubt Obama was born in Hawaii and it was never an issue with anyone I know.
Now, his scamming the system bouncing between foreign born and born in America for financial aid and advantages is another story. That's why he never disclosed his records. We survived him and his presidency and got Trump as a result of it. And that is a deal.
