Russia has removed some of the restraints and has been targeting things that have been ignored. They have been using a new hypersonic missiles. While Ukraine has been sending huge waves of drones into russia.

Interesting to see how NATO would respond to a mass bombardment of Kyiv, given the amount of aid and weaponry they've supplied to Ukraine. 90% chance this is Russian propaganda bs. Ukraine has demonstrated it can rain hell on Moscow and the Russians have demonstrated that they can't stop it.
