Deadline is due to "Statute of Limitations" on certain crimes. It was, however, correctly (I believe) pointed out/mentioned earlier that there is no SOL on Crimes of Conspiracy.
There is ample evidence that Fauci was knowingly involved in "Gain of Function" and other medical, drug, big pharma conspiracies involving Covid, Ebola, Aids and likely far more.

I never said I "thought" he would be charged. I said it would be a huge "mistake" if he was'nt. And that Fauci's crime would particularly be an "ever increasing, unforgettable, unforgivable & Big Time "Regrettable" if they allowed a SOL to expire and thus escape charges and not convicted.
