He was pardoned. The pardon was EOed VOIDED by Trump.
I think it was found by lawyers to be a can of worms that if opened---- will damage all Presidential pardons if litigated?
The statute of limitations for a lot of govt criminals and Obama/Biden were ran out ON PURPOSE in stall tactics. Rs assisted in running out the clock. From Barr, Mueller, to Wray. Complete with congress critters obstructing.
Graham assisted in this playing lawyer questioning Sally Yates and Rosenstein.

I don’t think he “did” it. Fauci did not run the NIH, which I believe gave that money to an NGO, not to any labs. I think the NGO gave it to the labs. So what are you going to prove? In court?
