Thank you for the clip!

Not sure how this undermines Kirk's being given the post-humous award. Even the closes allies and supporters disagree at times. And yet supporters remain supporters. I think this is what the award shows.

Haha, I knew that sooner or later any pretension of civility would go poof and you'd revert to sad little vulgarities and insults.

When you use their sources to prove their assertions, do look in the mirror and say 'stupid.'

Ciao!

Yes, He's one of the 3 manifestations of God known as the Trinity.

Islam teaches that Allah has not personally revealed himself to humanity.

Christianity, however, believes that God came down to humans. We couldn’t reach Him; He reached us and took on human nature, while not forsaking His divinity.

You answered a question I did not ask.

You were harping on the fact that the god of Islam did not have a son, which invalidates them, in your mind, as an Abrahamic religion.

I asked you:

Do any Jewish theologians claim that their god had a son?

It is a Yes or No question. If you answer yes, you had better be prepared to provide some backup evidence.

Jews don't believe that.

Which is why I find the term Judeo-Christian to be offensive.

Every distinction or argument you've had against islam applies to judaism too.

So you are believing their Koran when you say that it's the same God?!?!

And if my God is a triune God, then He's clearly NOT their god.

Using the same logic, you cannot claim that Jews worship the same god as Christians. But yet you do.

Why would I do that? It's part of my Christian faith.

Mate your Baptist / Missouri Synod Lutheran dispensationalist church is a cult. I realize that so many upstanding Patriots go there with you, so it's sometimes hard to realize they are blind to this theological error.

Heck, I myself didn't even realize it until last year.

Of course no Jewish theologian will argue that their God had a son.

But as someone else already asked, is the New Testament not based on the Old Testament? How, then, is that not a Judeo-Christian legacy?!?!

Now you answer this: Was Jesus a Jew? Yes or no.

I was emphasizing just one small way that the Christian God is in no way related to the muslim deity.

Because there’s no such thing.

And to say there is would be a lie.

Are you going to find the correct answer through the process of elimination?!?!

'cause I'm not Lutheran either.

To a degree, this is inarguble.

The difference remains in the testaments and always has. I've always said that I believe in "The Judeo-Christian GOD" and never meant it as an offense to anyone. Same GOD, it's just that the Hebrews take issue with the whole Jesus thing.

And I'm not trying to ruffle your feathers at all. My faith tells me that no one comes to The Father but through Christ, and I believe it. And I understand the dichotomy of "Judeo-Christian" so I get your point for sure.

It doesn't matter how many times you say it. It's flat wrong.
