They also give zero fricks about peace in the middle east. It is too much of a money maker for them. Peace would not be welcome.

Except for the fact that Israel is "keeping" borders that were never lawfully ceded or transferred to them. I'm talking post-Yom Kippur War. The fact that Israel was created out of thin air and exists at all-- is entirely moot at this point.
You can respect their current willingness to defend themselves while also realizing that most of the animus against Israel among its neighbors is caused by Israeli action.
Israel is THE problem child and has never once come to the material defense of the US except for when the action is consistent with Israeli self-interest.
Israel is NOT an ally of the United States. They, like their Arab neighbors, are nothing but opportunistic parasites.

It has been almost 50 years since Israel was attacked by a state actor. Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and the Saudis are more friendly to Israel than they are to their Arab neighbors in Iraq, Libya, and Syria.
