Isn't it amazing that the CIA director isn't acting as a foreign minister under this administration?

quote:

CIA Director William Burns has held multiple, high-level meetings in Doha, Qatar, throughout late 2023 and 2024 to negotiate Gaza hostage releases and ceasefires. Working with Qatari and Egyptian mediators, Burns has met with Israeli Mossad chief David Barnea to bridge gaps in negotiations.

Rubio is ready made to deal with our relationships across Latin America. He is built for that. And he is short to boot

Earlier in the program, Trump said Rubio “was always in favor of amnesty”, in reference to the Florida senator’s work as the co-author of a comprehensive immigration reform bill in 2013 that included a pathway to citizenship for the roughly 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the United States.

“He was always in favor of letting people pour into the country,” Trump said. “Then what happened is, when people found that out, he sank like a rock in the water.”

Do you want a 3rd Bush term? That's what you'd get with Rubio.

Marco is the perfect public face for the Trump movement. He is everything Trump is not and Trump is everything Marco is not.

Trump is awful in front of a camera, but his policies and ability to execute as second to none. He's made a career moving and shaking on golf courses and black tie dinners. Marco has spent a career crafting a political persona.

The recent Marco hype reminds me of the NFL draft. Lets say you have a player that's played 5 years of college football. A solid but unremarkable career. He's graded in the mid-rounds. Then he shows up at the combine and runs a 4.3. Suddenly, people act as if he's transformed into something different... something better. When, in reality, he is exactly who he always was. That's how I see Marco.

But I'm done with hype and potential. I want a known commodity in 2028, so I hope and pray that Ron DeSantis throws his glorious hat into the ring one last time.

Kushner put together the Abrahms Accord, of course he would take the lead. I would think the Arab world would be taken aback if you benched him and brought in Rubio.

He is doing an outstanding job.

Great VP for Vance, and possibly POTUS material in 2036.

Rubio is a slightly better version of Pence.

He's nothing more than a deep state mole who was all in on Russia Russia Russia when on the SSCI during Trump's first term.

I think Rubio is working on the Cuban situation. We dont need him (or any of these diplomats) dealing with Iran right now. The military still has a lot of work to do.

Trump should tell the Iranians that they only deal is unconditional surrender.

You're an idiot.

He got Panama to cave over the canal in less than 48 hours.

What has that Gang of 8 graduate Rubio done since becoming SoS for the American people? I reckon you love what the Democrats loved, to a person, and voted for when approving his SoS nomination.

But he does not negotiate and certainly is not a leader. Like a waiter, Rubio takes orders and reads them to the kitchen.

Serious question: are you really this stupid in real life, or is this just your message board schtick?

He got the Panama deal done literally less that 2 weeks after being confirmed to be SoS.

Counterpoint: The world has learned that the fastest way to lose favor in the admin is to get out in front it.

I don’t want a spotlight chaser in this role.

Rubio is a good SOS. Even if Havana is freed. At the moment i wouldn't vote for Rubio, Tucker, or Vance in a Presidential primary.

Tucker declared sharia law as superior. We all need to see how it all shakes out. But ATM i would support Tulsi.

Joe Kent playing Vindman and MTG in with code pink, Tucker sharia law...shows us that it is far too early to decide.

The democrats will impeach Trump and the GOP is sitting on their hands helping. Rubio protected Wolfe from a long jail time via protecting Warner and Burr, when he was gangof8.

Total slop.
