How do they, then, address the fact that the Koran says that Muslims are to enslave women and kill any non believers who will not convert? It is literally written into their doctrine

Even the “good” Muslims approve and agree with all of the attacks in private. It’s the core of their teachings. They just put on a public show for their livelihoods. They could put an end to Islamic terrorism for good if they wanted to.
