When one considers the magnitude of the minority population in America, I don't think there's any doubt that America is the most minority-friendly nation on Earth. Not perfect by any means, and for that matter not all minorities are angels, either, but imo America comes out on top in this area.
I see where some people are mentioning countries like Holland and Belgium, but what is the demographic makeup of these countries. They're probably 90% white, so it's a totally different dynamic.
Now, will America ever get get credit for being the most minority-friendly country in the world? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Too much money to be made out of exacerbating and exaggerating mostly non-existent "problems"

No. I was replying to the OP which was about being minority friendly. I do think the U.S. is towards the top of the list though.
