I realize that's what the military trains and what current Doctrine socially is. I submit that it is that absurdity which has led to this ridiculous me to shite

We've decided to treat women like infants incapable of handling adult business

If you reverse the roles in my original post you can count on one hand the number of men who would report that as a problem even if they weren't attracted to the woman.

But your question was about the real world in which we live, right? You didn't ask me how I thought it should be. You asked what I'd do, presumably, in a real life situation in the real world of today. This is how things are today. It is what it is. Act accordingly.

1) I posted a similar point just today in another thread

2) I have no concern whether it was a "woman". In my post about 'neeger' it was ME and a hard pipe swinging neeger that were the recipients.

In every case (of this ilk) the "in trouble" is based upon what the 'recipient' does.

A) he/she can laugh it off

B) he/she can tell you off

C) he/she can enjoy the banter and you can become friends / lovers

D) he / she can REPORT you to the "authorities"

it has ALWAYS been so. There has not ALWAYS been this hyper sensitivity. But, you posited the question as if it were happening in TODAYS environment.

which, depending on how explicit your words were, could easily be sexual harassment, considering she never consented

touche. I should have been clearer in saying I wanted your legitimate opinion of what it is

But that's cool because the conversation still played out.

While some might think my example seems clear-cut the point is that even in my example we ended up married

But if you have a framework that sincerely argues that it is entirely up to her perception that's how you get shite like a woman claiming sexual harassment when you take a picture with her and your hand squeezes her side

Once you make sexual harassment completely dependent upon her desire for you you switched it from being sexual harassment to Simply punishing people because the chick didn't like them

Failed Clarity here. She consented to me emailing her although to be fair she didn't expect that email. LOL

I had an advantage. I've always been pretty good at this. Or I guess I should say I was always pretty good at that

But that's kind of the point I'm making. The main reason why I didn't end up in trouble has nothing to do with the ACT but merely my ability to anticipate the response

I'm looking out for the other guy here man. You know the one. The guy who completely misread the situation and finds himself in front of HR for doing exactly the same thing

Yes, she is on a different business level, a lower position, though not under your direction. You still have professional influence in her eyes, yes, harassment for sure.

I think some of you who ever responded after just reading the original post would find some amusement in reading the rest of the thread

You're working with a woman. She's junior to you but not subordinate to you.

She's clearly down one day and let's it be known that it's because boyfriend and her are fighting.

She also let's it be known that she's just not interested in fooling around with him anymore because it's not enjoyable.

You subtly drop in that you can solve that enjoyment problem. She embarrasses easily so, turns a bit red.

You offer to tell her how. She's now very embarrassed. So, you say, "hey, I'll just email it to ya".

And you do.

1 week later, you frick her senseless.

Sexual harassment?

Not until she decides it is 30 years from now when you are running for some office.
