You're working with a woman. She's junior to you but not subordinate to you.

She's clearly down one day and let's it be known that it's because boyfriend and her are fighting.

She also let's it be known that she's just not interested in fooling around with him anymore because it's not enjoyable.

You subtly drop in that you can solve that enjoyment problem. She embarrasses easily so, turns a bit red.

You offer to tell her how. She's now very embarrassed. So, you say, "hey, I'll just email it to ya".

And you do.

1 week later, you frick her senseless.

Sexual harassment?

No. Sexual harrasment doesn’t really exist. It’s a made up construct.

Depends if there is a remote lock on the door or not.

No. Sounds pretty normal to me.
What would the "harassment" part be??

The scenario that you listed, yes 100% of the time. I'd fire an employee who did that.

Sexual harassment is just a complex way to ask to get laid.

My bad. I mean I'd fire him if a complaint was filed against him by the woman and he admitted to doing what you outlined.

Trick question. She's a woman, so she lacked any sense before said fricking.

OK.

What if the way you found out was when you attended their wedding 3 years later and they told you that's how they got together?

Then, no. I'd fire him IF a complaint was lodged against him AND he admitted to doing what you outlined.

I appreciate you rolling with me on this one.

So. I'd like to ask you to contemplate this conversation for a moment.

We just had a conversation where you agreed that sexual harassment isn't actually an act.......at least not in this case.....but is rather 100% a function of whether it worked or not.

Do you recognize the problem with such a construct?

Oh. And by the way. That story is about myself and Mrs. ShortyRob. And honestly, it was worse than that.
