Seems to me most people here have no clue what the SCOTUS can and cannot do and what exactly their role as the judicial branch of government really is.
Trump couldn't just end it with an EO. (But he shined a spotlight on it)
The SCOTUS can't just end it with a ruling. (But they reinforced how to change it)
Congress CAN begin the process of ending it by introducing a constitutional amendment and completing that process, but we all know they're not going to do that.

What part of activist judges blocking every step he has taken is his fault?
Trump is just step one. BUT, with weak spineless Republicans it will never happen. There will never be a step two.
Clearly a lot of the top level Republicans are compromised. There is no other explanation for the save act not getting through the house and senate.
In short, not much Trump can do without equal actions taken by the House and Senate and they are too cowardly spineless and compromised to do jack shite.
Credit where it is due, the democrat's platform is garbage but at least they can control their members better.

Here's the thing....there is only one way to "drain the swamp." You don't drain the swamp by firing people, or with favorable judicial rulings. Those things might help on the periphery, but to truly drain the swamp, you have to choke off the money supply. This is because the fraud and misallocation of taxpayer money is a feature not a bug.
Trump became just another ordinary, average politician by refusing to advocate for any fiscal restraint.

Not sure how anyone can drain it when people keep electing Ilhan Omar, Jeffries, Pelosi, etc... mayors like Brandon Johnson of Chicago, Karen Bass of LA, Katie Wilson of Seattle.
