I don't pay for my fuel. So personally it won't sting much.

But it certainly has the capacity to impact poorer Americans and poorer countries and have an adverse affect on the global economy at large.

My point is the only reason that the economy isn't being brought to its knees is China is helping alleviate that pressure. If the conflict prolongs indefinitely even China won't be able to help alleviate that pressure. They can't reduce imports forever even with more than double the reserves of the United States.

they are shooting up but still 20% less than with Biden in office. I am still paying 3.89 here in south Alabama and it stayed at around 4.40 or so with Biden.

That said, midterms are going to be rough on the right with gas prices so far up and the bad press about everything Donald Trump these days.
