Because it's in their interest to do so.

If you paid attention to anything other than retarded partisan frickery you might actually learn something. China has drastically reduced their imports of oil since the start of the war. They have the luxury of doing so because they have a much larger strategic reserve than any other nation. Had they continued to import at the rate they were importing previous to the war things would be fricked.

Now a good question you might ask yourself is...why don't you know this?

So Iran is not bringing the global economy to its knees by stopping the flow of oil but they have the capability, the true capability, to do so if they wanted to, this is still your position.

And China, has drastically reduced their import of oil out of the goodness of their heart and because it’s somehow in their interest to reduce imports. They are eating through their large reserve…….the large reserve they used to get at discounted prices from Iran and therefore carry and hold at discounted prices…… because……..?

If China weren’t being so nice where would they be getting their oil from? Iran? Or someone else? And at what price? Would that other country in the global economy benefit from the sale of that oil?

When China runs out of their reserves is that when the global economy starts to be brought to its knees? Will China just shut down production?

And again, while all this is happening you think Iran will continue to control the flow of oil in the face of US pressure as well as China running lowe(er)?

So are the Chinese and Iran working together on this master plan of yours? To what strategic end? One that is in their interest but not the rest of the worlds?

How long have you believed that Iran can single handedly bring down the global economy? Assuming you believe they can do that on their own and still survive themselves. Are there any other countries on your list who can do this?
