Is it as simple as the democrats getting the vote out to win?

this is where they fool most Americans. It’s not really R vs D like you think. The system survives bc you think you’re getting representation bc an R won. But that R is bought and paid for. Repubs hold the house—- but that hasn’t stopped the establishment from ramming through anything and everything they want. What’s the point of having the majority in the house if Chuck Schumer gets to ram through the Dems entire senate legislative slate?!?!? Most normal people who don’t vote would prefer lower prices , keep their kids from dying in a war , men out of their daughters bathrooms/sports ect . Trump is only helpful when it comes to the brainwashed people who watch the fake news.

House elections are local so the kind of cheating they do ( fill out mail in ballots for those who choose not to vote in large urban areas) won’t work for the house.

As far as Senate elections go you need States that are swing or closely split States, have large urban centers, automatic voter registration (where eligible voters are automatically registered when they get a drivers license or benefits which registers 97% of eligible voters).

If a State has these factors there is cheating in Senate elections look at the last Senate election in Georgia.

It’s not the numbers of ballots wherein the cheating lies, it’s the validity of those harvested ballots. Not a single district attempted to validate Signatures, Addresses, Witness Signatures, etc. This was admitted in Georgia, albeit they will stall and ignore it again. And the outcome will be the same, as we roll on to a harmonious and prosperous future. (Sarcasm emoji inserted).

The Democrats have always had an edge in GOTV especially in urban areas and in minority communities. They have sister groups whose main focus come election time is to put in infrastructure to maximize this. Republicans don't and really don't need to in order to turn out their base of highly motivated voters. Republicans have to rely on middle class independent voters for their margins nationally. GOTV efforts don't really work on them. They know it's election time and they have their own motivations that do not entail succumbing to electioneering efforts like those in underclass communities. If the issue is important enough they'll come out and they tend to skew Republican when motivated.
