I guess reading is hard because I said, most of the time the public figure just doesn’t want to get into the weeds with a rando.
But you think “racist” is as easy to prove as “male”
I’ve yet to see a scientific test for it.
the standard is Actual Malice, meaning they knew the information was untrue or had a “reckless disregard for the truth”
i don’t think calling him
racist, fascist or xenophobic mean that.
I also said most of the time it’s jsut the public figure not pursing the claim.
Trump has sued for very easily provable point. George Stephanipoulos said he found guilty of rape by a jury, which is very easily proven false and ABC paid 15 million to his presidential library.
He’s also suing the WSJ over the alleged Epstein letter which i think he will win because it’s the fakest sounding letter ever.

Here's one of the big problems pursuing this case. The Macrons are two far left fricking whackjobs. In that “culture” (and I use that term very loosely), being called a tranny can only be looked at as a huge compliment. The left worships trannies. It literally is just another positive virtue signaling box to check in the leftist purity test.
