She was giddy about the idea of discovery when Tucker interviewed her. The claims of "a mother who podcasts from her basement" are dramatic victimization bullshite. She's worked to build herself as a brand and is now just putting this faux bewilderment out to bring in clicks/views/etc.

No, that's nonsense.
The tweet linked in the OP is specifically about her hiring an investigator to look into Candace Owens. I don't find that to be an unreasonable reaction to someone who is claiming to be investigating you.

IDK if Trump knows about the lawsuit yet. But Trump did call her before the lawsuit and asked Candace to back off of Bridgette.
If Trump has already called her on the matter, unrequested by Candace, maybe there is a slight expectation that Trump would interject because a foreign head of state is trying to censor an American podcaster? Afterall the 1st Amendment is pretty important in this country.
