"HI, Avi, yeah, it's Mahmoud, look the big boss told me to tell ya that he's aiming some missiles for just off shore of Jaffa and in the Negev.....should be there in about 90 minutes."

I'm not sure I would expect anything from Israel in direct response to this. I suspect they will continue their campaign in Lebanon for the next month or two and see where we are then.
It's early, but what we're seeing from Iran right now is relatively constrained. They haven't made an attempt to work with Hez on this to overwhelm defenses at all, etc. It's just a required minimum response to maintain Iran's image. Israel probably accepts this for just that.
