As I said in the OP, what is happening is putting the Iranian regime in an impossible situation. Hence the infighting. On the one hand, after eating 13,000 frickin bombs, the regime feels compelled to take the silver or lead proposal, but on the other hand their own people (radical religious nutbags) see this as a criminal offense (dealing with infidels who are bombing them while they wage jihad).

If you'd like to place some metrics on that including over a time period in which they have the actual ability to sustain such "shock" (not a time period we are allowing them to, I mean a real time period that we decide their BS is over and we are not able to effect real change over the SOH) I'll be happy to evaluate where your claim lies on the ridiculous spectrum.
Iran exists right now because the US is showing restraint.
Iran's ability to control, cause, alter or "do" anything right now exists for as long as the US is willing to show restraint.
