I posted a video a while of the Shawn Taylor guy on a rumble podcast that was took down by rumble. Before he got picked up by Millersville PD. He insinuated some crazy stuff, but believable until it was taken down.
Now I've been seeing him in these drops by Timothy Holmseth. I just always took what he said with a grain of salt. His page is all over this story with some wild accusations. If anyone is interested, then here is the link.

This is when the new police chief hired Shawn Taylor in Millersville. He was labeled conspiracy cop and the city commissioners demanded an investigation. It tells about some of conspiracy theories that commissioners viewed on his podcasts. One was Al Gore was involved with Holly Bobo's disappearance.

I read it as it's the police department involved in commiting the horrifying crimes. Just look at cops these days. All covered head to toe in tats. They don't even look human.
