We traded (temporarily) lower gas prices and a higher stock market for the complete rebuild of the Iranian military, unlimited ballistic missiles/drones, control of the SOH, and a pathway to a nuclear bomb.

The JCPOA was bad. This is in a different stratosphere of awful. We surrendered and got nothing while they got stronger. This is a sad time in US history.

They’re not wrong. When the United States had Iran on the ropes in April, who would ever look at this deal and think it represents a negotiated outcome in any way beneficial to the supposed victor?

I’m definitely on the right, but this deal makes me think whoever was involved with it (JD Vance?) is a complete idiot and judging by these threads and the up/down votes in them some good portion of the right agrees with me. Give me Rubio in 2028.

All that may be true.

But what do you do when the people paying the bills for total war don’t want one and would vote in November to shut it down no matter what.

But the bombs man. Remember all the bombs? That’s how we know we won.

You have to admit starting the war was a huge mistake, for starters.

We became a cuck around April. They would have capitulated by now had we not been a b and agreeing to a ceasefire. Instead we finally signed the 39th, but “beautiful”, deal.

Vance is more worried about the economy and gas prices heading into 2028 than he is about finishing a major US geopolitical objective that should’ve been dealt with YEARS ago. We friggin surrendered.

Rubio wouldn’t have done this.

There has to be a point where people can't be stupider than they were yesterday.

But we're not there yet.

Yeah. Bill Kristol and David Patreus are famous Comminists.

They are a warhawk group who don't think we go to war enough and are disappointed that we didn't bomb Iran even more.
