Republicans in office need to back him, and don’t run out and do a bunch of stupid crap.

If they do, Dems will take seats back in two years, and Trump’s hands will be tied.

If Trump is successful things are set perfectly for JD to potentially be POTUS for eight years when Trump steps down. That’s potentially twelve years of reshaping the Supreme Court and transforming the country.

Keep his eyes on the prize, not get hung up on the method.

A lot of fine ideas in this thread but I would only add: just avoid the media's everyday bs tit-for-tat except when necessary. He's the President. He bows to no one.

Another Sessions as AG.

He needs a firebreather that does not know the meaning of the word "recuse"

He needs to utilize JD Vance as effectively as possible. Trumped picked him as his "apprentice" and needs to set him up to be the heir apparent as an extension of his presidency.

I understand that then libs are not going to play fair and take shots at him regardless, but I'd like to see tighter messaging with less bombastic language...he's been criticized for the mean tweets, so don't give those people (that) reason to criticize him.

That said, I've long missed Hugh Hewitt announcing every morning, "The President of the United States HAS TWEETED!!" and then paying the Rockin' Robin riff. Of course, Elon needs to change the name back.

I think maybe he's learned over the last 4 years that he can communicate directly with the audience rather than waiting for "fair" treatment from the media.

""This is my last election ... After my election I have more flexibility," Obama said, expressing confidence that he would win a second term."

I would love Trump to use the same terminology....

Don't constantly do dumb shite again, and as a specific subset of this, don't be overly aggressive in attempting to implement your policies (because it will almost assuredly fail in the end).

Like all the puffery with DOGE. It all appears to violate the law and will be enjoined and ultimately ruled illegal (in 3-4 years). This would completely stall the ability of the admin to do ANYTHING about the issue for those 3-4 years.

Needs to let Vance be his mouthpiece. Trump often gets his self into trouble.

Vance is smart and quick, has a high social IQ.

Agreed. We can see he's already made a big improvement with the team now surrounding him.
He has to keep them together and listen to their advice. Vance, Gabbard, and Bannon have experience in DC and can help alot.

So far, Trump appears to have learned from last go around. I'm sure he's gained much insight into the frickery of DC the last 8 ish years.

Getting in stupid quarrels with media members, congress members, etc. He has four years to accomplish a lot. Go get the job done, ignore the haters.

He needs to let someone like JD establish themselves as the next voice and do it their way. Let’s see who rises to the occasion

You have already named #1.
Beyond that tone down the name calling/sarcastic personality which I feel he has already done after the assassination attempt.
He already seems more presidential in the delivery of his speeches and tone.
What amazes me is his uncanny stamina and the strength of his voice after so many speeches during his non-stop U.S. campaign tour.
God Bless Him /bow
