Isn’t there something creepy about corporations giving cash bonuses to employees explicitly because of the passage of certain legislation or because of specific regulatory actions? Doesn’t it have something of a Road to Corporatist Serfdom feel to it?

Trump exposed that dude...He’s fighting Rosie for air time, now...

These companies are doing it immediately and in this manner just to explicitly point out that tax cuts DO influence wages.
For all the political hacks that say "no it doesn't!", this is a big middle finger from corporate America.

That's better than government slavery via welfare.

INB4: Doc Fenton melts because his fellow neocon melted.

Doc doesn't melt, really. I vehemently disagree with him on probably 60% of things, but he is well read, level headed, and insightful. I guess he's the only self-described neocon to shite on here, though.

Paige from the O-T broke his autistic heart and he's never been the same.

I was unaware of this. It's always the 'spergs that get internet romantic.

The Great Bill Kristol, voice of American Neo-Conservatism got wrecked by the frickin' Celebrity Apprentice. Consider the immense beauty of that.
Now, we all know Kristol is smart enough to know that simple economics are really just the study of human behavior. And I can't imagine how anybody would be surprised that human beings would behave in a celebratory manner and want to get the party started upon having the weight of the State taken off of their neck. He immediately reverts to Establishment Think because he has twenty layers of Chattering Class bullshite insulating him from reality. He is growing increasingly embarrassing. Had Ronald Reagan or a Bush ushered in this kind of corporate behavior he'd shed a tear and start mumbling about Mount Rushmore.

Ah yes, “Conservative” Bill Kristol. He’s just mad TRUMP chose to resurrect the economy with tax cuts than another quagmire war.
