According to progs, you can just go buy one at the gun show. Be sure to look for the booth labeled "Loophole."

Heard Matt Barnes ex NBA player on ESPN parrot this same dribble. Dude accidentally said they are legalizing murder before the announcer had to correct him.

cool story bro.
It's less paperwork to register to vote but both are easy.
Why don't you try voting in a state you don't live in, have a DL from, etc. that would be just as hard.
Buying your firearm from a store in California before you moved would've been easy. Getting a Nevada DL and buying in Nevada would be easy.
This is just a dumb thread.

No. It's not. At all.
Live in Louisiana for almost my entire adult life.
You can now register to vote online, which is a one time process (you don't have to re-register every time you vote) . I have never waited longer than 15 minutes to vote in any election. I show my ID and I am done with 5 minutes.
Even with my CHP, it takes far longer than 5 minutes and I have paperwork to fill out EVERY TIME. I also show my ID every time but unlike voting, the FBI could interfere with my gun purchase.

Buying ballots is as simple as passing out pallets of cash to whores.

A gun is available for purchase 365
Casting a presidential ballot once every 4 years.
Technically the quote is correct but a horrible strawman argument

So what I get from your story is you have likely been driving illegally for a while (most places require a license in 6 months at most after a move), plus you have tried to purchase in multiple states (unless it is a long gun again illegal), all due to laziness on switching licenses and now you want a gun?
Come on man, be more responsible. If you live in Nevada and got your license in a more timely manner you could also have your CCW by now and purchase whatever legal weapon you wanted to the same day.

California technically doesn't ban you from owning a gun, but they make the process so damn painful and litter it with so many obstacles, most people don't even bother
You take a course which is probably a good thing pass a background test and get your gun in 10 days

Agreed. Even dead people and minors can vote, but let's see them buy a gun

Sounds like none of this would be an issue if you had gotten a new ID right after you moved.
So California's unconstitutional gun laws wouldn't exist if he would get a different license? Forest through the trees, Dilbert.

Go to a sketchy part of town with cash and get what you want

I just checked their dmv website. Not sure which location you’re closest to, but all of them have available appointments earlier than July.
Yeah, your reading comprehension sucks.

I lived in Texas from September-December but it was the same issue there
You don't think, that maybe, during an election, it might be much harder to get an ID from the DMV? Again, you are so short sided, you don't even understand the actual issue.

Are guns free now?
What of ammo?
I’m listening.

Huh? He said he currently lives in Nevada and can't get an appointment on the DMV website until July at the earliest. I checked their website last night and every single location had appointments available sooner than July. Some as early as April.

Yeah, during an election I'm sure it is. My post was in reference to his current situation in Nevada. My only point was if he had signed up to get a new ID right after he moved to Nevada (as is the law), he'd probably have one by now and would probably have whatever gun he wanted.

The op is being very dramatic and lying

Now do voting.
Now state if the quote is an outright lie or not.
Sorry to make you exit thread..

There's no equivalence here. Most Americans would agree there's substantially more risk involved with gun ownership than casting a ballot.

That’s a lie you need to go through a back ground check to own a gun. To vote you can be 130 years old and vote 5 times
