Pretty sure Trumps defense is going to just use today and not the full 16 hours.
Unfortunately I think they are going to argue 1st amendment and unconstitutional as the defense and wrap after 6-7 hours of that

For the gas-lighting & edited videos of Trump. (Very much like the Ukraine trial and Fiona-but worse) They cut into gramma's stories and did a SPECIAL REPORT & aired the entire gas-lighting of Trump.

Any competent first year after passing the bar lawyer could EASILY pick apart the Democrats case and eviscerate it point by point. From election fraud, to Nancy refusing extra law enforcement, to Democrats actually inciting real violence (on video), to Swalwell being in bed with a Chinese spy.
Will Trump's attorneys go there? Probably not. They scared of not having any work after this clown show is over.
