This is exactly how this works. You're just terrible at having facts to back up your false claims. Look, it's okay to admit that you have no idea how to substantiate the lies that you've been fed your entire existence. Find evidence that institutionalized racism exists and appease those questioning you and your credibility. If you can't, then bow out like a man and go post on the soccer board.
There are far more cards stacked against your argument than for. Fact, slavery didn't start with Africans. Fact, Chinese held European slaves after conquests. Fact, Egyptians enslaved Hebrews. Fact, you're bad at this.
ETA: There is only one segment of society still bitching about institutional racism spewing from slavery, and ironically, that segment is still enslaved by their own free will.

That logic is literal insanity.
As to your point, institutional racism is illegal in this country thanks to amendments to the constitution and decisions by the Supreme Court.

Building factories and plants in poor areas. Water quality is worse in poor areas. Public Schools, law enforcement profiling, war on drugs... just to name a few
