Every Nigerian immigrant I know has been hugely successful.

Sorry to hear about your struggles my brother. So far my experience has been extremely positive, could be the fact I live in a semi uppity suburban utopia with +75% of the people being mostly white or of some European descent.
You lucky dog!
I'm not sure if this life is meant for us though. We should team up, become democrats, start screaming about everything being unfair and then burn down our own communities in peaceful protest of our hurt feelings.

Yeah, and that pisses the American Marxists off because it destroys their claims of systemic racism.

Well first, you're an immigrant from Nigeria, not a so-called "African American". No it's not the same, but that's a discussion for another thread. Actually that's a discussion for another website. Its no secret that you people don't like blacks in america. And that's fine. That's why you started this ridiculous thread.
Second, you're likely not even a Nigerian immigrant. Probably just a racist troll.

So essentially you have nothing? Make up some shite about white oppressors keeping ya down. If you’re having trouble with the Marxists talking points and false narratives flip on the Gaslight Media, they’ll have ya spewing BS in no time….lol

It was my understanding Nigerian culture is very similar to Asian cultures that place high values on education and family. Seem like good people.

African immigrants are some of the nicest, hardest working people I have ever met. Most are appalled by American black culture.

Read the thread. It seems like all of us are just fine with Nigerians in America.

Which is the point of the OP. If systemic racism was a real thing then African Immigrants over the past 30-40 years would also be bitching about white oppression…..but they don’t!

I think this a hypothetical post. Because otherwise I’m not sure why a Nigerian who has never lived in the US would have been posting on a mostly LSU site for 6 years with 25K posts.
Yes….lol

Everybody in this thread is celebrating people who are, by definition, literal African Americans and you still find it racist. Pathetic

These pitiful fools confuse systemic racism with systemic victimhood indoctrination….lol

Some things are subtle:
Shopkeepers might watch or follow you in a store, people might suspect that you only got your job due to affirmative action or diversity hiring, people might make complements about how well spoken you are, police officers may start off traffic stops slightly less calm (but just do what they say and respond with yes sir/no sir, etc and you’ll be fine), yankees and west coast folks might ask to touch your hair, and servers will probably assume that you aren’t going to tip them well.
However, most accusations of racism really stem from the socio-economic consequences of single-motherhood, substance abuse, and cradle to grave entitlement systems combined with a defeatist, anti-intellectual and achievement culture that punishes entrepreneurship, assimilation, and education while glorifying victim mentality, murder, misogyny, lawlessness, defiance of authority, wasteful spending on luxury goods, and hatred of whites and asians.

Welcome to America. Now vote conservative.
