I'm not exactly sure. The reporting is a little weird. It says that his friend was arrested earlier in the day and then they searched his home. The friend was hit with a weapons charge.
If I had to guess the friend is a felon who had warrants.

The way munitions are stockpiled in mosques (so I've heard)...I believe they have a plan when they are asked to leave the US...they will fight to the death to take over. Her son and others probably have their own personal stockpile to use when the time comes.

I'm pretty sure her father was a genocidal maniac, so trying to take weapons away from the citizens would be par for the course with such people. They only want bullets flying one way.

Yeah, the reporting on this is just what we would expect for a lefty case... Crap.
Daily Mail is reporting that the son had been pulled over earlier, and guns had been found in the car. Which is why they went after the apartment.
I have to do more research on MN gun laws.

Yes, confusing, BUT it makes family reunions so much easier.....you don't have to set as many places at the table.

Ok, I knew MN was not a gun friendly state. But had to go do some refresher.
As I mentioned before, he was pulled over prior to the warrant on the house.
- MN has some very strict gun transportation laws. (Possibly flagged for an illegally transported firearm)
- MN has red flag laws. (Apartment search warrant may have been triggered by a red flag)
- MN has some stringent Safe Storage laws. (Possible violation of said laws at the apartment).
- No mention of perp age, or legal status, or citizenship status. (Could decidedly be factors)
Again, nothing concrete, and they're not naming the roommate, so can't look up the charges. But this is what I would conclude to be the highest subjects for the arrest.
