Probably not permitted in MN to have them.
Story says they stopped the guy earlier, cited him, and let him leave. After he left... they found a gun in the car while impounding it. Then they went to the apartment and arrested him. Probably for not legally having them per MN laws. And I'm sure the dumb f**k said "yea.. ok.. shuurre" when they asked to enter the home.
