There is no doubt that she changed her birthdate after being elected. I don't know what they'll do about it exactly, but she did have her birthdate changed. I haven't checked, but it seems to me this is kinda unprecedented ground here.

Yeah, but is it actually true she wouldn't have been eligible with her true age? How old was she even when she came here? Why would the age of a child matter when immigrating with your family, outside of the child being an adult (18 or 21). Just questions. I have no idea.

She's only eligible to receive citizenship through her father if she was under the age of 18 at the time (section 320 of the Immigration and Nationality Act).
If she was born in October 1982, she was 17 when her father became a naturalized citizen in 2000. If she was born in October 1981, she turned 18 in October 1999—making her an adult when her father naturalized in 2000 and therefore ineligible.

She did. 5 years previously. However, her father didn't become a naturalized citizen until the year 2000. When she was either 17 or 18 depending on which paperwork you believe. Either way, it's the difference between whether she was eligible to receive citizenship upon his naturalization status.

They have sent subpoenas to "multiple members of her family." It's a damned crime syndicate apparently. Which, I mean, can anyone really act like they're surprised? Her father was a henchman for a genocidal maniac, and that's not hyperbole.
