Lt. Colonel Terrence Lakin refused to go to war under Obama (birtherism), and was court martialed and spent 5 months in jail. The same fate should happen to this soldier.

Some of us prefer reality. You don't. You posted something from X identifying this woman as "an active Marine." She clearly isn't a Marine, and, apparently, she isn't even active.
Of course, if she were an active officer this would be a serious offense. Who disagrees with that? There's enough ACTUAL horrible behavior out there to criticize. Why make things up?
It's a political DISCUSSION board. I think you undercut your credibility when you post things that clearly aren't true. That's my opinion. Others disagree.

It was a mistake to EVER accept women in the military... She thought they were signing militant lesbians and ended up in uniform.

Iirc, as a retiree, she can still be prosecuted under the UCMJ.

I think the regulations are fuzzy on that (there was an unsuccessful court martial in 1918 along those lines)..but I do think appearing in uniform at a political rally even if you're retired might be a problem.
I'm only pointing out that she's not an "active Marine." Again, I am a stickler for facts. Others don't care and invent facts that make them feel better. To each his own.

Besides, the Marines were NOT called in against the protesters. Their role is protect the federal buildings they are assigned to protect.
