If you were a Democrat who would you want for POTUS in '28

I dont have a dog in this fight, im a Registered Independent (#humblebrag) and I dont even live in America anymore, im in Southeast Asia (inB4 "ladyboys")... But I know this board leans conservative, and I remember many of my conservative friends circa 2007 saying things like 'Man if I was a Democrat id run that Obama guy for president', usually b/c they said he was well spoken or a good public speaker or whatever .. Im curious- if you were a Democrat, who would you want to run for POTUS in 2028 b/c they'd have the best chance to win ? And conversely, who do you *hope* runs b/c they might have the best chance of losing, which helps you if you're Repub....... Names im throwing out there in no particular order, but feel free to add others:
Newsom
AOC
Talarico
Mayor Pete
Ossoff
.. or any others you can think of
ETA some obvious ones I forgot:
Shapiro
Bashear
Wes Moore

We’re so lost, they could run a terrorist and get elected

I think they'll run Osoff

If they’re smart, they’d run someone like Ossoff, Shapiro, Newsom, or Beshear.

Ossoff. Maybe mark kelly but he doesn’t have the juice.

I tend to agree.. I think the only candidate in 2020 who could have possibly beaten Trump was Biden... just non-objectionable enough .. of course later we found out he was just as crazy as Trump ....... I think Ossoff could be just white enough and vanilla enough to win.. even though America elected (twice) a guy named Barack- I just dont see America electing a gay dude (Pete) or a woman (AOC) in most of our lifetimes .

If an asshat like Ossoff wins the country is dead, probably is anyway.

White women will be falling over themselves to vote for him as well. I’ve heard the same comments from them about Ossoff as I did Newsom.

There is no way Kamala even gets a sniff after 2024 .
Moore is one I should have had on my original list, thanks .

It's gonna be Ossoff even though he is Jewish. He's the guy for the party. He'll be 41 in 2028.
Beshear wouldn't be a bad option either but he won't run I think.
Shapiro won't win because he's jewish but he'd be a good candidate
Buttigieg won't win because he's gay I think
Newsom is hateable and will be a terrible candidate if he won the nomination
AOC won't win as a minorty woman either. But if she ran on a similar platform that's more evolved than Bernie she could prob get to where he couldn't because of the DNC establishment.
Talarico doesn't have the chops for POTUS and needs to stay and do good work for Texas residents at the federal level.

Jewish.
With the rapidly increasing antisemitic trend on the left, he might not be viable.

Ossoff makes sense. He’s been killing it in a once red state and though I don’t like him, he comes off as way more normal than any of the other crazy fricks they have.

To me, Newsom has always seemed like the Left's version of Desantis.. a little too polarizing .

Obama came out of no where when he gave that speech in 2006. I was shocked he beat Hillary.
Whoever gets the nom may not be who we suspect. But I can see a senator from today being the push

I don't care but we need and IKE or a Churchill, not any of the less qualified on either party that are currently considered running.
