On US soil I'm sure. I'll bet the US government is trying to figure out a way to protect big cities while knocking out the pro 2A rural areas via some as of yet unknown enemy that has been filling up our country through illegal invasion for years.

If its a real shooting war Europe will be over run by Russians and Arabs.
East coast/ West coast nukes will cripple the USA and the leadership that remains likely will not be capable of an effective response.
Some Catholic prophesy indicates this will all begin when the pope visits Russia. Vatican city will fall to Russians/ Jihadists. At this point expect God to intervene.

An enemy would send a nuke before they would try and invade the US. We would end Russia with a quickness, but China does worry me a bit. I think we'd win but the damage would be catastrophic.
