It depends. If the election results make it difficult to discern a winner, there are constitutional protocols in place for that exact reason.

Unfortunately it will likely result in democrats keeping the White House.

However those are the rules, and anyone resisting may be deemed to be an insurrectionist and the military will treat you as such. I just hope it doesn’t come down to that.

It's clearly a conversation about the Supreme Court "not doing their job" and putting the burden on Congress.

As I posted, this has been unequivocally shut down by actual party leaders.

if you truly believe all that, why vote? Why are you paying attention.

The right thing to do would be a proactive strike against these forces working against you. Do it

But sigh, you don't really believe it, you're just being a little bitchy.

If he wins but doesn’t take office then doesn’t Vance take office?

Vance will be FAR worse for the Dems than Trump will be.

Dems will play the long game. Try to Weaken Trump at every turn and use that against Vance in 2028.

The left better pray to their lord Satan that he doesn’t. For their own sake.

this. I think the Dems have given up this cycle. They start grooming a 2028 candidate while bashing trump while he's in office.

I worry about him being assassinated. I don’t think the Secret Service is competent or trustworthy.

And that’s EXACTLY what they want.

I don't see what they gain from it.

Use either. Just make sure whichever you go with is doused with gasoline and then light a cigarette.

It's important the American people send him in with both houses of congress. He can't do anything permanent without them. He's got 2 years then the GOP will lose at least one house.

Your pejorative of "conspiracy theoricists" is disgusting. It is disgusting because the moment something is proven to be NOT a "Conspiracy" but actual fact, suddenly it moves into mainstream "Holy shite, that is crazy that that is happening" and all of the people who were saying it was true never get redemption.

Who are these democrats that would keep the White House and under what rule?

Nothing they've done has been successful so far..... Think about all the frickery they've throw at him the last 8 years.
I'd say the odds are definitely in Trumps favor.

Can you read the text in the Tweet? It’s all that matters.

Why would text written by a biased and incorrect X user matter?

Listen to the video. It's nothing more than him bitching about the Supreme Court and engaging in puffery. It's also from a long time ago and Congress never passed the law needed to take this route.

I've already debunked this, too, unless you think Hakeem Jefferies is somehow MAGA now.
