Purely hypothetical at this point. Would he merely just finish out the remainder of Biden’s term or would he get 4 years from that point on. I would think 4 years but that would definitely change up the election cycle.

It's shocking that people are so delusional that they would think there's even an avenue for this to happen.

The United States has a government succession plan. And dusting off a previous president and just inserting him into office isn't in the playbook.

If frogs could sing, would they really sing Hello! Ma Baby?

There is zero path for this to happen. There is no section written into the laws that even have a path for a situation like this.

Expose the fraud, make sure it never happens again.

Since it’s fantasyland, he could serve until he decided to step down.

What are the steps of this hypothetical?

I’ll start:
1. Az finds Trump won, the state legislature grows balls and claims Trump won A.Az SOS certifies.

Next?

He should get 8 years considering the way he was incessantly under attack by the various anti America/Trump forces.

He’s not being reinstated. Move on.

There will be a 2024 primary candidate for conservatives to rally around, and hopefully former President Trump will be willing to help raise money for him or her.

Yeah - winning an election and being summarily cheated out of continuing the most successful presidency of my lifetime just doesn't give someone the cache` to actually enjoy the fruits of his labor.

Much better to appease the cheaters, undo all the progress hammered out by the actual winner of the election, rig the election system for permanent control by the cheating party, bankrupt the nation in favor of our 2 most existential enemies, just because the founders 240 years ago didn't map out precisely what should take place after a stolen election.

Yep - destroy 10,000 years of human civilization because of a missing clause in the founding generation or our nation.

that's the ticket.

If he gets back in in 2024 and can demonstrate fraud, it’s reasonable that he should be given an exception to run in 2028

The beauty of that as a consequence to the coup against him would be glorious

Neither is allowing the criminal cocksucker that stole the election (or anyone from that party) stay in office.
