Exactly. She was weak and he knew it wouldn't take much. The goal wasn't to knock her out before she hit the ground but to make sure she went down, which at that age, could be a death sentence.

A relative of mine fell and broke their hip in their 80's and never recovered from all of the issues that resulted from complications.
