If the House goes Blue, do the ensuing repercussions help Republicans keep the Presidency?

IF the Senate holds for the Republicans (which is most important), and they stay on a quiet, conservative road for the next 2 years, I feel . . .

The House Democrats will not be able to help themselves (the repercussions I mention) and go full Commie and further woke, not to mention do nothing (and accomplish nothing) with endless hearings and the inability to pass legislation.

The Senate still reigns on country-moving appointments, mainly choosing judicial and Supreme Court nominees, and they won’t need to nuke the filibuster in 2 years with a wider majority and the RINOs gone.

Red wins the Presidency again.

Maybe the House moving Blue is what’s best in the long run.

A little reminder of the joys of leftist governance can't hurt.

Nothing wrong with bringing up scenarios.

Having both Chambers has not accomplished much with the RINOs left in office. They will be gone for good.

The worst that can happen is losing the Senate. It changes everything.

It didn’t help in ‘08. Republicans lost the ‘06 mid terms, and still all blame for the ‘08 recession fell on Bush. There were multiple factors to that though. The wars had become unpopular, many blamed him on Katrina response, and his administration was incredibly bad at defending themselves.

No a-hole, the democrats are genetically incapable of doing anything productive. Elections, especially this one, are strictly pro/anti Republican. Nobody normal votes for democrats based on what they do. Of course, you would not understand that.

A quiet, conservative road starts with getting out of this war asap. In turn, the FOMC won't be able to point towards high energy costs and inflation as the reason for raising rates or a hawkish tone. Then when Trump can actually get the Feds to look at growing GDP rather than inflation, the R's will be in a position of strength to take November 2028. But it all starts with Trump ending this damn war that has created a major opening for the D's and it never had to be this way. These were all double fault serving errors over the last year.

A lot of removing obstacles on the Rs side.

And the lunatics will still be upset that even though they "won", there wont be enough votes to do anything. So, D civil war back on.

WOW! Traitor Elissa Slotkin just got caught on undercover video admitting they’re going after Trump and his cabinet.

She said Democrats already have “signature cases” lined up for EVERY committee to prosecute the most “egregious” ones the moment they take the majority.

She even went to Hungary to study how they cleaned up after removing their “authoritarian leader.” Then she named the White House ballroom, the reflecting pool, and $200 million from Defense.

“That’s what you’ll see basically in January.”

These people are absolutely sick. They are everything they claim Trump is. ?? LINK

I could see a “blue wave” in the midterms opening up the possibility of a republican winning in 2028 for sure

Democrats still fricking suck at messaging. If they get control of the house and the senate and don’t do anything with it, that could absolutely open the door for a Vance or a Rubio

If Trump keeps pushing the Iran shite and backing Israel then it won’t matter, though. People fricking hate that and they will vote for whoever says they’ll stop it.

The Democrats will just use it as a way of saying "we couldn't get anything done from 2026-2028, we need your vote in this presidential election to actually make changes. Taking the House was a start, but we need your vote for the Senate and Presidency"

The Dems trying to impeach Trump would be idiotic on their part. One, they won't actually get him out of office. And two, if they did, they would.just be giving Vancd a trial run for the 2028 presidency and campaign

I can see them passing bills their base will like ($15 minimum wage, public option, etc) but only if they're sure OMB won't sign them. Then run in 2028 on "Just give us the trifecta".

In 2029 they'll get their rotating villains or the parliamentarian to shut it down like they did with Manchin/Sinema last time.

No, they suck by being stuck in their emotions. The left has gone so far left that the overwhelming majority of people think they are retarded.

Bingo. They will pass a bunch of ridiculous bills that have no change in the Senate, but will be named great things, like "This will fix all your problems" bill, and "New Homes for Everybody" bill. Then blame Republicans for not passing their wonderfully named bullshite bills.
